Venus? Is there a planetarium there?

  2. The HK Science Museum is so vacuous that there could be a planetarium inside, but there isn't. Instead, we have a separate planetarium called the HK Space Museum which is by the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, just opposite The Peninsula Hotel.

A pity you can't see the stars very often, of course due to the pesky mainlanders.

  4. Lol, pesky mainlanders! The hordes and the crowds you mean? I guess it's their fault for the factories polluting the skies.

Hong Kong itself is pretty bad for light pollution. Isn't it incredible that the HK Space Museum and the HK Observatory are both situated right in the heart of the harbour or Tsim Sha Tsui, where light pollution is at it's highest? Crazy.
